Chili Cookoff Gallery

The Melting Pot hosts Bali’s only Texas Chili Cookoffs three times a year. The cookoffs give teams a chance to compete in 3 different categories: CASI (traditional, all meat chili), Vegetarian, and Anything Goes. A panel of judges chooses the winners and there is also a People’s Choice Award that is given out based on popular voting by the crowd. It’s a day long event with live music and a ton of fun. Each Chili Cookoff, we also pick a charity who benefits from the purchase of tasting kits during the event.
